If you’re thinking about buying or selling in 2019, you may want to consider doing so! We are seeing a change in the market that shows inventory may be improving into 2019! What does that mean for buyers? There will be more homes for sale and prices will stabilize!

But what does that mean for sellers? There are 3.7% more houses on the market in Jan. 2019 than there were in Jan. 2018. The average days on market also increased from 58 to 61. While not a significant change- it is showing that with more homes coming on the market which mean less multiple offer situations and longer days on market, and prices are leveling out.
